Luxe2Go operates at exclusive NYC & Brooklyn pop-up locations. Exact addresses are sent after booking confirmation.
Can I bring guests with me?
Yes! Guests are welcome depending on your selected experience and session type (Ladies Luxe or General Luxe).
What is your refund policy?
We offer free refunds within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable but will be issued as full credit toward any future available session date.
How long does each session last?
Each selected time slot is structured to run within a scheduled session window with multiple clients (up to 24 slots available per time block). With 2 photographers working simultaneously, multiple premium backdrops, and on-site coordination, sessions move efficiently.
While there may be a short wait due to flow and line order, your shoot is designed to be quick, smooth, and completed within your selected time window, ensuring everyone still receives a full Luxe2Go experience.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive a confirmation receipt immediately after booking and after your session. On the day of your session, everything will be checked in on-site for a smooth experience. Your edited photos will be delivered within 24–48 hours after your shoot.
