Responsibilities

Lead full event setup, execution, and breakdown

Manage staff and maintain group communication

Oversee event flow, timing, and guest experience

Ensure quality control across all areas

Handle issues, make decisions, and maintain structure

Requirements

Prior leadership or event management experience preferred
