What is your refund policy?
We offer free refunds within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred as a credit to a future EMM Sip N’ Paint event of your choice.
Where are the events located?
All EMM Sip N’ Paint experiences are hosted in safe, curated NYC venues located in Williamsburg and Manhattan. The exact address and event details are sent to you after ticket purchase to ensure a smooth, secure, and organized experience.
What’s the difference between General Admission and VIP?
General Admission includes your entry, paint canvas, all art supplies, 3 signature drinks (Rum Punch, Pinot Grigio, Merlot), and access to the full Sip N’ Paint experience with music and guided instruction.
VIP includes everything in General Admission, plus included food (chicken wings & Caesar salad), upgraded seating, and a more elevated, premium experience throughout the event.
Can I purchase add-ons or extras?
Yes. Guests can purchase additional add-ons such as extra drinks, upgrades, and experience enhancements depending on availability at the event.
Can I bring friends or book as a group?
Yes. You can book multiple tickets for friends, couples, or groups. We also recommend it for birthdays, girls nights, and celebrations so everyone can sit together and enjoy the full EMM Sip N’ Paint experience.
