Location: New York City (Brooklyn & Manhattan)
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Job Type: Part-Time / On-Call (Weekend Events)
About the Role
Evolve Major Media is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Production & Setup Team. This role is essential to bringing our live experiences to life, including luxury photoshoots, Sip & Paint events, and private event productions across NYC.

What You’ll Do
Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, décor, equipment)
Prepare event spaces before guests arrive
Support staff during live events as needed
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Follow direction from the Site Supervisor
Help ensure smooth event flow from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a good attitude
Able to lift and move equipment (light to moderate)
Available for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday)
Prior event or setup experience is a plus (not required)
