STEP 1 — SUBMIT REGISTRATION

Artists must complete the online registration form and submit:

• Artist Name
• Contact Information
• Social Media Links
• Performance Track Upload
• Artist Photos/Promo Pictures
• Guest/Supporter Information

STEP 2 — CUSTOMER SERVICE CONFIRMATION

After registration is submitted, an EMM NextUp customer service representative will contact artists to confirm interest and review event details.

Artists will receive:
• Registration confirmation
• Performance details
• Supporter requirements
• Event information
• Promotion instructions

STEP 3 — OFFICIAL INVITE SENT

Once artist interest is confirmed, official invites and registration approval will be sent.

Artists selected for the event will receive:
• Official Event Flyer
• Personalized Promo Flyer
• Eventbrite Ticket Link
• Promotion Materials
• Artist Performance Details

Artists can use their Eventbrite link to continue promoting and selling tickets leading up to the event.

STEP 4 — SUPPORTER CONFIRMATION PERIOD

Invited guests/supporters have 10 DAYS to complete ticket purchases and help confirm the artist performance slot.

Performance slots are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE based on completed supporter confirmations and ticket purchases.

Artists are encouraged to continue promoting heavily on social media throughout the event rollout.

STEP 5 — BUILD YOUR MOMENTUM

Artists should use their flyer, Eventbrite ticket link, and promo content to:

• Sell tickets
• Build engagement
• Grow fan support
• Increase crowd votes
• Create momentum before performance night

Top-selling artists will receive:
• Extra Promotion
• Artist VIP Access
• Free Drinks
• Featured Exposure
• Additional Media Opportunities
